City Hotel has been recommended by the City Hall to host international meetings during Polish presidency in the Council of the European Union.
Bydgoszcz is among the cities which will organize meetings during Polish presidency in 2011.
Some of ministerial-level meetings will take place in our city, and to organize these meetings, our hotel has been selected. There were plenty of criteria defining the choice, such as suitable location, good access from the airport, representative appearance, adequate conference facilities, car park and extensive catering facilities. City Hotel having conference facilities with an area of 855 square meters and 170 comfortable rooms meets most of those requirements.
It is a huge honor for us that our hotel has been selected to host the meetings. We will do our utmost to ensure that during those two years, which is left to the Polish presidency, to get ready to meet the requirements of our guests.
From 1 July 2011 Poland will hold Presidency in the Council of the European Union.
