Terms and conditions of reservation
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROOM RESERVATION
- Check-in time: 2.00 pm, check-out time: twelve noon the following day.
- Non-guaranteed reservation is valid until 4.00 pm. In the event of late arrival at the hotel, please notify the Reservation Department.
- Guaranteed reservation
To make guaranteed reservation, please provide:
- your credit card no., its expiry date and the bearer’s full name or make advance payment in the amount of 100% price to the hotel’s bank account,
- (for companies) authorisation to issue a VAT invoice without the recipient’s signature.
- Cancellations or changes of reservation made before 2.00 pm on arrival date do not carry any costs. Cancellations of reservation after 2.00 pm may result in calculating payment due for the first day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONFERENCE HALL RESERVATION
Reservations of conference halls are made directly by contacting our Conferences and Banquet Department or via our enquiry form.

After checking availability and scope of services, you will be provided, within 3 days, with a comprehensive price offer containing terms and conditions of advance payments and cancellations. Following its acceptance, you will be asked to sign an order for organising a conference; in the event of more complex services, you will be asked to sign an agreement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION are set out in a separate document depending on the number of participants and reservation date.
