1.”Newsletter ” allows all interested persons to automatically receive information about offers proposed by Hotel City Sp. z o.o.
The use of the service “Newsletter ” is voluntary and unlimited.
2.In order to provide the service “Newsletter ” Hotel City Sp. z o.o. acquires from interested persons names of e-mail addresses.
3.The registered person, at any time, has the opportunity to modify or delete his/her data entered in the registration process.
4.Information on how to register, modify and delete data, as well as information on the Privacy Policy, cookies are available by clicking on the links located in the footer of the page.
5.The administrator of the data is Hotel City sp. z o.o. with its seat in Bydgoszcz at 3 Maja Street 6, NIP 554-12-99-562, REGON 091371702, KRS 0000075721, XIII Economic Department of the District Court in Bydgoszcz, share capital PLN 3,280,000.00.
6. Personal data (i.e. e-mail addresses) are collected by the Hotel for the sole purpose of processing them for the implementation of the service “Newsletter “. The data subject has the right of access to the content of their data and the possibility to correct them. The data are provided by the data subjects voluntarily, nevertheless without providing them it is not possible to implement “Newsletter “.
