If you plan on arriving late, please inform the Booking Department.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Guaranteed bookings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">To make a guaranteed booking:<br \/>\n&#8211; please provide us with a credit card number, expiration date and name of the card holder or prepay 100% into the hotel\u2019s bank account;<br \/>\n&#8211; in the case of companies, please authorise us to issue a VAT invoice without the recipient\u2019s signature.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Free cancellation or changes in hotel booking<\/strong> until 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. A cancellation fee for the first night applies for each booking cancelled after 2:00 pm.<\/li>\n<li>The price includes: VAT, access to the sauna, whirlpool and gym.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the offer, the price may include breakfast (PLN 65.00\/per person). The terms and conditions of every offer are set out in detail in the booking system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Buffet breakfast<\/strong> is served between 6:30 am and 10:00 am. Trade fair prices apply during the WOD-KAN Trade Fair .<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children<\/strong> up to age 6 stay free when sharing their parents\u2019 room.
