Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 12:00 PM the next day

For non-guaranteed reservations, please note they are held until 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, kindly notify our Reservations Team.

Guaranteed Reservations
To secure your booking, you may:

• Provide a credit card number with expiration date and cardholder’s name, or
• Prepay 100% of the booking value to the hotel’s bank account.

For corporate bookings, a VAT invoice can be issued without the recipient’s signature.

Cancellations or changes made by 2:00 PM on the day of arrival are free. Cancellations after this time may incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.

Room Rate Includes:

• VAT
• Access to the sauna, whirlpool bathtub, and fitness center
• Depending on your package, breakfast may also be included (65 PLN/person). Details are available in our reservation system.

Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Special trade fair rates apply during the Wod-Kan exhibition.

Children Policy:

• Up to 6 years: free when sharing parents’ room
• 7–12 years: extra bed 100 PLN
• 13–17 years: extra bed 150 PLN
