GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

• The check-in time is 3:00 pm and the check out time is 11:00 am.
• A non-guaranteed booking is valid until 4:00 pm. If you plan on arriving late, please inform the Booking Department.
• Guaranteed bookings

To make a guaranteed booking:
– please provide us with a credit card number, expiration date and name of the card holder or prepay 100% into the hotel’s bank account;
– in the case of companies, please authorise us to issue a VAT invoice without the recipient’s signature.

• Free cancellation or changes in hotel booking until 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. A cancellation fee for the first night applies for each booking cancelled after 2:00 pm.
• The price includes: VAT, access to the sauna, whirlpool and gym.
• Depending on the offer, the price may include breakfast (PLN 65.00/per person). The terms and conditions of every offer are set out in detail in the booking system.
• Buffet breakfast is served between 6:30 am and 10:00 am. Trade fair prices apply during the WOD-KAN Trade Fair .
• Children up to age 6 stay free when sharing their parents’ room. A PLN 100.00 surcharge applies to children aged 7-12 per extra bed, 13-17 years -150 PLN.
• Our reception is staffed 24/7.
