Conference rooms can be booked by contacting our Conference and Banquet Department directly or by filling out the inquiry form.

After determining conference room availability and the range of services, you will receive a comprehensive offer that will include prepayment and cancellation terms and conditions. Following acceptance of the offer, we will ask you to sign a request for organisation of a conference or, in the case of more complex events, a contract.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS are specified in a separate document and depend on the number of participants and the date of booking.
